  30. I am quite aware of this difference. In fact this is the source of the great
  31. surprise I experienced when I tried the Sportster 28.8 after trying the Supra
  32. and some slower models. All I could figure is that the Sportster DAA (Data
  33. Access Arrangement) better matched the circuitry within the Inmarsat terminal we
  34. used for testing. (Do not forget that DAA design is another element of near
  35. witchcraft in modem design.)
